First apply foundation all over your face and down your neck, then apply concealer on any blemishes and redness.

Next shape your brows by filling them in with a brow pencil.

After that line your eyes with a black eyeliner and smudge gently.

Then apply mascara.
Next apply a lip balm or primer on your lips, if you have dry lips make sure not to skip this step.
Finally apply a bright red lipstick.
