Today I'm going to do a make up tutorial of this picture of Lady Gaga:

First prime your face with a primer or you can skip this step if you want.

Now apply a long lasting waterproof/sweatproof foundation.

If your foundation hasn't covered all your blemishes you can apply a bit more concealer.

Now fill in your brows with a weird grey colour! (I wouldn't recommend this eyebrow look day to day)!

Next apply a thick line of black eyeliner with a thick wing at the end.

Afterwards apply a TON of mascara because you want thick volumised lashes.

Finally for lips apply a bright red lipstick.

Now your done!
