HiToday I'm going to do a review of Natural Collection's Liquid eyeliner. This liner has lots of product inside of it, 8ml to be exact! This has a small applicator, so its great for creating a fine natural line. This is pigmented aswell, plus I find its easy to wash of after i have used it.
