Today I'm going to a look on this photo of Tulisia Contostavlos.
First apply your favourite foundation.
Then apply a bit of concealer on any of your blemishes.
First for eyes shape your brows with a brow gel.
Next apply liquid eyeliner in quite a thick line.
Now apply a volumising mascara in a few coats.
First for lips apply either a primer or lip balm to soften the lips.
Finally apply a bright red lipstick.
